So I have a Dual Monitor setup, i have an AMD Radeon HD 6800 series in my computer. In the back, I have plugged into it, a DVI to VGA converter which is going to one screen and a HDMI cable which is going to the other screen. My problem is that the monitor running off the HDMI cable is not using the full screen and looks very grainy and unappealing to the eye. I cannot find what the problem is. I can assure you that the Monitors are set up correctly with all of their own personal settings correct. They are both 24" HD LED monitors that can run at 1920x1080 and my screen resolution settings are set to exactly that.

If anyone can shed any light on the problem with what i could do it would be much appreciated.
Ask if you feel i have left out any information.
Thanks in advance.

Start the Catalyst Control Center and goto my digital Screens / Scaling options and change the under-/overscan slider to the other side.

I have done this to sort the scaling problem already however it doesn't solve the grain
