I bought a gaming PC from CyberPower recently, I bought it with a wireless card and when when it arrived I on the startup menu my network didn't show up. It does occasionally but only for about 10 seconds and then goes off for a while. I've installed most of the things that came with it (including drivers and utilities) except for the antivirus because I think it requires internet to install. Can anyone help me resolve this. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

The model is a sky sagem fast 2504. It's not very far away from my PC about 9 meters. I don't think it's the range is the problem because my laptop is the same distance away from it and it connects easily.
