Hey i have just made the switch from normal fans to liquid cooling and ive run into a little trouble right now im using AI suite/ fan xpert and i think ive managed to plug the connecters in incorrectly.

as it stands there are 2 3 pin fans sitting on the radiator, they connect to the pump head via 2, 3 pin connecters.
Now after that 2 more connecters come out of the pump 1 (what lookes like a 1 pin) connecter and 1 (what lookes to be a 2 pin molex). Now on fan xpert it says:

CPU fan 0 rpm
cha_1 500rpm
cha 2 500 rpm
opt 3 2186 rpm

i guess my main question is where to plug the 2 connecters IE the "2 pin" molex and the "1/3" pin? Witch one controls what? And finally is in its current state if my PC gets hot will the rpm increase on its own because as of right now its not that big of a deal because the temp is 25 oC but still a little loud.

The 2 pin molex is the pump power, you need to plug that into your PSU. The single wire 3 pin is the rpm wire, this goes in your CPU fan plug, to keep your PC from halting on boot. If you're using 3 pin fans then they will run at full speed unless you have a resistance wire added to lower the voltage. You need 4 pin fans to vary speed.
