initial boot looks bad

I just did the initial boot on my new PC and I haven't installed the drivers yet because I wont have time for a few days. But on startup my windows 7 looks wrong like it's distorted. I'm using the a10 and I'm wondering if its because the drivers aren't installed yet or if its because of something I did wrong.

Most likely because no drivers are installed, without them the system defaults to the Windows built in VGA drivers, which typically set a resolution of 800x600 or 640x480, which will look distorted on any display set for another resolution.
