Hey, My current specs are -

AMD ATHLON 750K QUAD-CORE

AMD RADEON 7750 2GB DDR3

8GB RAM 1600MHZ

500 WATT XFX POWER SUPPLY

Now i wanna upgrade my GPU to a 7770 2GB GDDR5 GPU would i need a more powerful power supply to make it stable?

well, a system equipped with 7770 only consume 250 watt for total power consumption while gaming..

so, you current power suppy is more than enough, and you still have plenty headroom to other parts..
