Recently, I've bought a new BF4 disc and a used xbox HDD. While playing halfway, my BF4 disc is unreadable. I went to get a replacement and tried it again but it is still unreadable. My lens should be perfectly fine as I've tried playing all the other games and it went perfectly. Could it be the Xbox HDD that is faulty? Sometimes it suddenly went unformatted on its own.
