No servers in COD 4 MW

Hello,
I tried the solution Iv seen on another post , to go network setup, but I cant find it in control panel. can anyone help me please? I tried xfire but all time servers say awationg connection 1..2..3..4.... and then server connection timed out, Im getting this message in all servers at xfire , Im using xfire for 3-4 years and thats the first time I have this problem for 2 months now...Help me please

I saw no one can fix it! So I wored alone on it, and I found out that my firewall updated automatically, and locked me ONLY call of duty!!! 100000 programs the only one locked was this game!, so any1 having same issue just go to manual set firewall and select ''allow'' on call of duty.
