Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

MSI wont change fan speed

I tried to set my fan speed to +70 i hear a slight veeer then it just goes back to 34 fan speed? anyone have any ideas

Never mind the POS is still acting up i hear the veeeeer for a second then it just dies down
