Build a new gaming PC with AMD Components

Hello guys I wanna buy a new CPU for gaming. I have looked everywhere in forums and online stores like flipkart so I decide to get these parts. I am confused in some so please guide me :

I Intend to buy these parts from Nehru Place New Delhi. ( Cost to Cost if possible )

1. AMD 3.5ghz Am3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor or same AMD fx 8320 Bulldozer.
2. ATI/AMD HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 Sapphire Graphics card
3.ASUS M5A97 R2.0 or Asrock 970 Extreme 3 R2.0 64gb DDR3 AMD motherboard
4.Corrsair VS 550 PSU or COrrsair VS650 PSU
5.G.Skill 2X 4GB Ripjaws-x ram or 1 G.skill 8GB Ripjaws or other version or Corsair Vengeance 1x 8gb 1600mhz.
6.ANy good Cabinet within 4k INR. , DVD Writer
7. 1 TB hard Disk samsung or any other

Please also tell me are these parts are compatible with each other .
I already have dell s2440l monitor. I wanna play games in like 1920x 1080 resolution.

Hi - Yes, your Asus mobo & CPU are compatible. The mobo supports dual channel memory, so the 2x4g is the
way to go (ddr3, 240 pin dimm).

Either PSU you listed is more than sufficient for a system with an hd7770.

I'll look for a case & post here.

Hi toyftw thanks for reply but I am still confused about PILEDRIVER AND BULLDOZER processor. Which should one I buy ? :bounce:

Hi - Same basic chip, but the 1 with piledriver designation is a "tuned up" version, so it's been tweaked,
and is the one to get.

I doubt there's any noticeable difference in real world use, but AMD nevertheless tweaked the chip
and is labelling it piledriver.
