Nothing powering up after upgrading the motherboard and cpu

I upgraded my pc and nothing is turning on. I checked to make sure everything was in the right place and it doesn't power up or anything. The fans aren't turning on or anything.

i5 4670 non k
amd hd 7750 ddr3
700w psu
b85-hd3 motherboard
1tb hd
8 gb ram

That would seem to suggest that something is not connected right.

Or, the little switch on the back of the PSU? Or the actual surge protector not on?

The back of the psu is on I triple checked to make sure everything was in place and not a single thing is happening.
Could it be a faulty part?
My old cpu is an amd fx 4100 95w and my new is the i5 4670 84w with a new motherboard and my psu should have enough to power it. Should I buy a new psu? Or take it to a repair specialist?

A faulty part would be way down on my list of things wrong.

It worked
You took it apart to replace some parts
You put it back together.

The initial thought is that something is not connected right.

I did what you said and checked every single cord and moved a usb from slot 2 to slot 1 and is still doesn't work.
