Massive FPS DROPS After BSOD

I just finished my build a few days ago and started testing a few games, and I encountered the BSOD when playing AC3. Ever since then I have been getting FPS drops to 10 every time I auto attack in League of Legends. The odd thing is, AC3 didn't get any performance drop. (Sorry only have 2 games) What is wrong? (Game or GPU or PSU)

that's mean your graphic card (or integrated) is not capable to play league of legend smooth flawlessly..

this is not your graphic card faulty, just the game is too heavy for your graphic card..

Thank you for your answer but I found the problem to be a setting that manages how my graphics card handles 3D. Now I am running League with 100 fps (shadows off and very high for everything else)
