Hey just got a Nvidia Gtx 770 gpu for Christmas, But before I mess with that I thought you had to uninstall the old drivers. currently I have a Radeon HD 6670 I was googling what to do and it said something about the AMD catalyst. But after I uninstalled the catalyst I learned that I uninstalled everything amd chipset drivers and everything. http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-properly-uninstall-ati-amd-software-drivers-for-graphics-cards I was following this guide. First of all I don't know if this guide is for windows 8 if it is where can I find Step number 6 currently lost there.

Edit... Step 4 where it says Go to folder options and select “show hidden files and folders” where would this be located?

Edit.... Do not use this guide if you have an AMD CPU/Motherboard as you may destroy required chipset files. I just noticed this. I already uninstalled the cataclyst please tell me I can recover these files.

and after it's finished, reinstall your amd chipset driver, and then install your nvdia gpu driver...

ok cool cause currently I cant find the fx 8120 cpu drivers on my amd catalyst. If you can find a link to get them that would be amazing. Also should I re download everything before using the sweeper or do that after?
