Few questions about HAF X watercooling and SLI.

Alright, I plan on doing a case swap on my current pc because my current case is way to big and heavy (100+ pound steel case) to even be feasibly practical. Currently I have a koolance loop (gfx card+CPU) and I wanna say 2 radiators (Custom Liquid Cooling w/ Quad + Dual Radiator). Is it possible that this will fit into the HAF X or should i remove the cooling and just add a CPU cooler (H80i)? Next, if the system does fit can I SLI a water cooled 780 and a air cooled 780 with out problem. If the water cooling won't fit into the haf X, I can just remove the loops, throw the mobo into the HAF X, add on a cpu cooler and put a air cooled 780 into the case without problem?

I wouldn't ditch the water-loop, no reason to throw that cash away especially when it performs better than anything else you can get.

The HAF-X wont natively fit a 480mm (quad) rad, you probably will need to modify the case (gut all the drive cages and use the entire front face) or externally mount that. You could get yourself a 360mm rad which will fit at the top, in combination with the 240mm it should cool your loop as is just fine. Sell off the quad rad.
The 240mm rad can fit at the top or the front (would only need to gut the HDD bays, not the 5.25").

You can SLI the cards just fine even with seperate cooling solutions. Only issue I could think of is if the water block doesn't have ports on both sides, so the other card will get in the way of your tubing route.
