AMD Overdrive problem. Cpu locked clock speed

Hello everyone!

I need some help here. To be short, my maximum frequency of my laptop cpu is 3100Mhz. It can run at this maximum speed only when the Turbo core control feature from AMD Overdrive it's activated. The problem is that at this speed it is getting hot (76 Celsius degrees) and i really don't need so much speed not even when i play some games. So, i decided to save my settings when system boots and now it normally runs at a locked 2100 Mhz clock speed, which is very ok for me. This way even when i play games it hardly goes 65 C degrees.

Until now it's ok, but the problem comes next. When my laptop comes on from sleep mode, that Turbo Core control enables itself. So, i go in AMD Overdrive to disable manually again and my cpu just locks at 900 Mhz clock speed and i can't do nothing about it. I tried all the ways to make that clock go higher just to not restart my laptop again. So, i'm forced to reboot for my clock speeds to come to normal again to 2100 Mhz.

I have all my drivers updated to date, the laptop it's a month old already and everything it's ok with it, does not heat up excesivelly, does not have any abnormal freezes/crashes or anything wrong.

I will say this in advance: in my laptop bios i don't have any overclock control or cool n quiet options.

If anybody could give me any advice on how can i do to resolve this, i would be very grateful and sorry if i wrote so much.

I attached some screens below.
Thanks in advance!

the fact that your overclocking a laptop is interesting in its self how ever the sleep states would be an issue as you cant turn off cool and quiet and or other features in the bios. some one else might have a better solution but mine would be to turn sleep mode off if your planning on running this application.

I'm not overclocking it and i don't want to do this because like i said, when it reaches it's maximum speed it's getting hot. That's why i asked what i can do to make it stay at 2100 Mhz even when i take it out from sleep.

The funny thing is that right now i powered the laptop on and i see that the cpu clock it's locked at 900Mhz. I really don't know why and how. I must reboot. :(
