So after building my new system, I installed W8 and then began installing updated drivers for all my hardware. Which all went perfectly fine. Then once I restarted, it didn't boot, and after ten minutes, I hard reset the computer. Now, I'm stuck in the automatic repair loop, and if I try to repair or just reinstall, i get stuck there too. What can I do?

Solution
I would agree it seems something got corrupt during the install. I have seen it happen from time to time on all version and it is not exclusive to Windows either I have seen the same thing happen on Linux and OS X and can be quite madding with having just done a fresh install. Faster to just re-install than trying to fix it really.
