No picture on monitor after installing new Graphics Card

I recently installed a Sapphire Low Profile HD7750 on my Inspiron 660s computer, and have yet to have the monitor respond when turning the computer on. I disabled the Integrated Graphics through device manger. I have read around the internet and some say to disable it through my BIOS settings, but I have yet to be able to find anything relating to the integrated graphics or other display items in the bios settings.

What video chipset you have embeded, did you uninstalled original video driver? If not, unistall Catalyst, old drivers, after this disable old chipset in Device Manager, next install new hardware, go to BIOS and look for Automatic vs embeded something about video (I don't have this PC, can not comment exactly, you need Automatic), this should fix this.

Which OS you have?
