Hello . i have an Elitegroupe motherboard H61H2-m12 with G620 CPU and 450w power suply ans 2gb RAM (1333mhz) , Booth wondows XP ans Steven are installed , when i instaled a new Ram with same frequence , on windows XP it start normally , but when i run windows seven it does not load and reboot the systeme or sometimes shutdown and start automaticlly . and load normally in safe mode on seven . the same thing happen when i installed my vga grapfic card .what is the probleme ? i am thinking about power suply or Bios . Help me please . thank you.

Check that you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers for first step and let us know if that helps
