Graphics Card Size

Solution
Yes it should fit. The only concern I have is the power supply that comes with it. The 7770 will need at least 450w. The link your provided shows that your computer has a 300w PSU. That's not enough power. If you buy the 7770, you will need to buy a PSU as well.

I plan on also purchasing a newer 700W power supply so I will have enough to support the graphics card, aswell as a newer CPU. I was just concerned about the case size and the graphics card size.

Well I would hold off then. You see you have a very weak CPU which may pose problems for a new GPU (not being able to support it completely). Looking at your computer, the socket (type of processor) your motherboard supports is AM2+ which is a dead socket (no longer making that type of CPU). If you are wanting to play games better, it wouldn't be a bad idea to just save money and build a new computer that can support new hardware.

Also, you don't need a 700w PSU. That's overkill unless you want to do 2 higher end graphic cards. What games do you want to play?

Well, because the socket is AM2+ I downloaded the BIOS update for AM3 processors for this motherboard, so it should be capable of the AM3 processor. I also do plan on buying a higher end graphics card later into 2014, this is all I could afford at the time being. The game I am trying my best to run at the time being is Planetside 2, my PC in it's current state cannot run it, which is why I am getting these parts.

Well sounds like you have a good plan. Even if you have a solid plan, I want to caution you with diminishing returns. If you end up spending a pretty penny on all these older parts, you may be able to build a new PC for the same price that has more power.
