possibly though i would suggest a fresh install. avoid any complications there may be. additionally, one should take an opportunity to do a fresh install whenever possible really. drivers being written over drivers. programs installed and uninstalled. lost clusters on the hdd etc etc. a fresh install always breathes new life into a machine
