I just bought a AMD Radeon HD 7850, everything is plugged in and running fine, but in order to get it to work i have to disable my on-board graphics, but for some reason every time i restart my cpu to install the graphics card the cpu just re installs, or re-enables the on board graphics, there's no option in my BIOS to disable it either, and have also tried uninstalling the drivers.

There should be a option in the BIOS that says something like PCI-E First set it to that and save the changes should do it. When you exit the BIOS make sure you choose to save the settings or they will revert back to what they were.
