Sound doesnt work Creative SB Audigy SE

Hey everyone, the pc of my girlfriend doesn't play sound, she changed the sound card from Realtek to Creative sb audigy se and everything seems okey, when you go to windows sound properties. on playback devices when you play something it shows those bars moving and on "teamviewer" pc sounds i can hear her pc, but unfortunately she doesnt hear sounds...and we simply...dont know what to do.
Her OS is Win7
I will add any useful and necessary info. just for now don't know what could help...

Ok in the Playback Devices Control Panel have you made sure to select the Creative as the default playback device. Since the Default was the RealTek Windows will not automatically change it on it's own since Windows does allow multiple playback devices like GPU's. That would be the first place I would check. The Creative should have a green check mark showing that is default. If not just select the Creative and click the Default box.

Yes I did, first of all i uninstalled everything related to realtek all drivers and Creative is now set as a default device, there is nothing else to click...just 4 of unavailable (hdmi) related things then "audigy speakers" and "digital output audigy" so i selected "audigy speakers" but none of them plays sound
