Hi,
I just bought an AMD 8350 for my Gigabyte 990 FXA UD3 motherboard and as I am just browsing and whatever the usage of the CPU is 80-100% and the PC lags every once in a while. I scanned for Maleware with multiple programs (Avast, Malewarebytes) and nothing. I looked at my processes and the only big one was System Idle Process taking up around 30-60% of my CPU.
Any ideas?
