Hello, I am trying to find a computer that I can purchase for an elderly woman. It does not need to play games but it does need to play videos smoothly. I know 100 bucks won't get me much but she really needs a computer and I don't have hundreds to dispose of.
I have looked at bestbuy and newegg but I am unsure of what kind of specifications would be sufficient for smooth operation while on the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
