Of those two, I'd go the Rock, but unless you need some special feature on the Extreme 6, might save a few bucks and go the Extreme 4, great mobo, believe it's still the best selling Z77 for both gamers and business users, have a 3570K on mine at 4.7 24/7 and running 32GB of 2400/10 GSkill Tridents - - great mobo ;)

Most people say that Asrock's customer support sucks. What do you think of that?

I haven't had any problems w/ them, big thing I've ever had was when I first went to load a 2133/9 set of 32GB on my P67 Fatal1ty found they had a limit of 255 for the advanced tRFC timing in the BIOS, contacted let them know it was a problem with the lock at 255 as the big sets require higher (here, the RJ Xs wanted about 278) and within about a week they had a BIOS update out correcting the problem - the same problem came up with their Z77 mobos- let them know and they had a BIOS update out even quicker for those mobos
