i was updating the bios for my intel board because it was not recognizing my gtx 770(another separate issue). i used the express exe file to update the bios. i followed the prompt of the exe and i clicked restart and update bios. the computer restarted(duh), but nothing showed up on my screen after that. no bios no info on the update, nothing. so i let it sit for a little assuming it was a graphics issue because id been having them recently trying to install the 770. i heard it restart again, and i let it sit for a little again, (still with no display) but this time the cpu fan just started spinning at max speed, i got no post beeps, no leds lit up for the cpu etc, except for a red one labeled hot, which makes no sense because it had only been on for about 3 minutes, and the number display reads a constant 15. same thing with the bios jumper removed.

motherboard: DZ77BH55K
BIOS update i used: BHZ7710H.86A.0100.EB.WINPE64.EXE
sadly i dont know the previous bios version i was running

UPDATE: the 15 is for Host processor error: Exit early platform init driver
so i guess i would like to know whether this is motherboard hardware or what
