Mouse and Keyboard stopped working after driver installation

I received a new wireless logitech g930 headset and while installing the drivers for the headset my keyboard and mouse both stopped working. After a restart my keyboard worked but my mouse did not, the headset does appear to gain power when plugged in. Since I have tried uninstalling usb root drivers multiple times and restarting, restoring my computer to an older restore point, and disabling legacy usb's through the bios. I was able to briefly gain power on my mouse after changing the ports it was in, disabling legacy ports, and having uninstalled the root ports but once the drivers for the mouse installed the mouse powered off. I have tried multiple other usb mice.

My specs are:
MoBo: Sabertooth Z77
CPU: I3770k
Hard Drive: 250 GB SSD and 1TB hard drive
mouse: razer naga, small no-name $5 mouse, and R.A.T7
PSU: Corsair 800W Bronze
RAM: 16 GB

Any help or ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated,

I would never perform a repair install because it is too easy for problems such as you are experiencing. Unless your XP CD is the exact same Service Pack level it almost always fails.
