Hey guys, in the past month, I've been getting a LOT of random system reboots, caused by I don't know what..

I've done lots of things, like, reformat windows, clean install, bought a new hdd, tested memory (with windows diagnostic tool - no errors tho), update drivers, unchecked "restart on system failure", cleared cmos, took of the board battery, unplugged everything then back on, tried using only the cables needed for the PC to start, cleaned and re-inserted new thermal paste, and maybe more things that I do not remember.

Specs:

Mb: ASUS M5A78L-M LE AMD760G (780L) SKAM3+

CPU: AMD FX 4100 4-core 3,6ghz

PSU: 1life:jet 600w (swapped to a HP PC supply one to test still reboots)

Ram: 1x CRUCIAL DDR3 4096MB 1333MHZ

Hdd: 1TB SAMSUNG HD103SI

Recently I've checked a program called prime95 to do a stress test on memory (I guess) and whenever I try it on "a lot of RAM tested" method, it doesn't even take 3 seconds for the system to restart...rogram to stress test the RAMs, and in the maximum test, it reboots within less than 2 secs...

It normally reboots whenever i'm playing a game, watching a youtube/facebook/website video.. if I leave it on desktop it doesnt really reboot.. it either reboots in "Safe Mode".

Any ideas?

bugcheck after a light stress would could indicate that you have incorrect RAM timings set in your BIOS. (or a bad RAM chip)
if the BIOS is out of date, update it. if your BIOS let you set your RAM timings, check them and make sure they appear correct.
try and rotate your ram into different banks on the motherboard (timings can be different for different slots, re-seating the ram could not hurt also)
- failing that, pull out 1/2 the ram and rerun the test until you isolate the bad ram or the bad ram slot.
