new video card gives "installed new CPU, system halted" message.

I took out an ATI 4650 and put in a new xfx radeon hd 7750 video card and when I rebooted I got "New CPU installed! Please enter Setup to configure your system. Chassis intruded! Fatal Error... System Halted."

What can I do?

OS on raid 0- 2 solid state HD
Win 7 64
Asus pt 6
intel i7 910
6 meg ram

Is this an OEM system?
If so, it looks like they may be using BS tactics to prevent user servicing. Try resetting the CMOS

The motherboard may have a chassis detect plug connected, if it does, remove it
