Perhaps you could tell me if this is good enough...
So... here's the build:
Thermaltake Versa II All Black ATX Mid Tower USB3.0 - $34.88

LiteOn (IHAS124-04) Internal 24x DVD Writer, OEM
- Black, SATA- $19.99

AMD A6-5400K (65W) Dual-Core Socket FM2, 3.6GHz APU, 1Mb Cache, 32nm - $64.99

ADATA Premier Series 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz CL11 DIMM - $39.99

Seagate Desktop HDD 500GB 3.5" SATA3 16MB Cache OEM Hard - $49.99

ASUS F2A55-M LK Socket FM2 AMD A55 FCH (Hudson D2) Chipset - $39.88

Corsair Builder Series CX430 V2 430 Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Certified Power Supply (CMPSU-430CXV2) - $24.99

I personally think it's great but what is your opinion guys? My budget is 310$ MAX with taxes. I'm not a hardcore gamer, I don't need to play games on ultra. As long as they are on medium/high settings, I'm fine with it.
I won't play games like battlefield 4 or any kind of next-gen games. I just want to play some free to play mmorpg, guild wars 2 and some free to play fps games. I also browse the internet quite a lot.

In the future you could add a 6570, but most likely it will be the same price or more expensive than a 7750 or 7770. The dual graphics isn't worth it so consider a 7 series card later on.

Ok thanks for the tip above and I found this motherboard here: http://www.canadacomputers.com/BoxingSale2013/index.php

It might be only for canada tho. :S
Lucky me there is a local store near me and my parents would have never bought stuff for me from online because they don't feel safe and they think that they will be fraud-ed and stuff.

I didn't want to buy from bestbuy or futurshop because they are really expensive and they suck. :/
I won't say they have don't have good prices for some items, but for 300$ computer it just really sucks. It's lower then low-end computer. :S
