What GPU overclock specs shall i use?

as for clock speeds, they'll go as far as the GPU can take em; so, one hd7770 might get 1150mhz (just for example) but, the other hd7770, may not even hit 1100mhz. AMD Overdrive might actually limit you in the end just for safety precaution, so if you find yourself in that situation, you can use MSI Afterburner or something like it and it'll give you the settings you need to play with.

im not exactly sure about HD7xxx GPUs but, on my GTX 6xx GPUs, those power percentages are maxed out so i can make sure that i'm not hitting some kind of power-related limit.

before you begin all this though, just make sure you find out what your GPU's max operating temperatures are; exceeding that won't be safe.

also, make sure you find out the max operating temperature for your GPU before you go about overclocking; exceeding that temperature won't be safe.
