SSD slow write speeds

Hi Tom's!

So, I have an SSD in in my computer, Intel 335 180GB which I installed last summer. The speeds were pretty good then.

Now, almost six months later I ran crystaldiskmark test to my ssd. I noticed the write speed wasn't very good foor ssd's; ~170 MB/s. There are the speeds crystaldiskmark now gave me.
I tried to google this and I have read many SSD optimization guides. Nothing seems to work. I've tried testing speeds right after startup when actually no program is on. Did not work.

Some specs:
2500K
Z68 pro3
335 180GB (Windows installed on it)
500GB green
2TB Barracuda
CX500W
Sapphire 6850

Do you have any kind of idea what's wrong with my ssd? I assume the write speed is not so great.

Thanks for helping in advance, and merry Christmas! :)

Thanks a lot for answering! I'll give a try for it.
By the way, I accidentally selected your post as a solution (which can't be unselected?), but I assume your post was good enough for it :)

Here are the results Hardwarecanucks got in the same benchmark:

170 MB/s is lower, but not dramatically lower. Since you've spent 6 months making it "dirty", that's about what you'd expect.

I "unselected" the best answer for you in case you want to wait for more feedback and choose someone else.
