I recently ordered a (windowed) corsair 300R case as part of my first build. Upon receiving it, I found that I couldn't remove the right side panel (to get behind the motherboard tray), whereas the windowed panel itself came off fine. I even (god forgive me) watched an unboxing video of the case, hoping to find an answer, only to find that in the video, it came of straight away. The case itself doesn't seem to be damaged in any way, no dents etc.
So have I just got a broken case? I'd rather not have to send it back, although if I do, It'll be through amazon.
