Computer won't bootWith graphics card in

The compute without graphics card ( EVGA Nvidia GeForce 210) runs fine off of onboard graphics, while when installed the computer won't even display the BIOS screen on the monitor. PCU is 300 watt (recommended wattage for graphics card)

300 watt psu does not sound good to me.

Turns out it was the PSU, the thing worked fine when I substituted my older one. Thanks for the help.
