USB 3.0 won't work... ? D:

Ok, so i got this USB 3.0 32GB today. I plug it in my computer and it says it installs... but where? Where do I locate and put files on it? I'm so lost! :(

0Ok, I just realized that my computer isn't showing it anywhere. The only thing that has ever come ip for the USB 2.0 is that it was installed correctly. I removed the device and nothing changed so, apparently it was never showing. But, I plugged it into my WD MyCloud and backed up everything onto there with no problem so, I'll see if I can plug it into my computer and see if it works now. if it doesn't... please help further :(. Also, Merry Christmas! :)

Ohhh. Ok. Well, I noticed, and now remember formatting it to Drive letter E. says "Disk 2 Removable (E:) "No Media". It doesn't show how big the storage is like my other two HDD's are.
