I received a new msi GeForce 760 to replace my old asus matrix gtx 580, but have encountered a problem when trying to install the new gpu.

Everything appears to be working correctly internally when I start up with the new gpu but the monitors don't come on as active and my mouse and keyboard don't light up as they normally would.

I tried switching back to my old gpu, but the same issue is still occurring. I switched both gpus to different slots, which didn't help. I even tried installing both gpu's, one monitor connected to each, still nothing.

I also tried clearing the cmos and switching to the secondary bios, to no effect.

My comp:

Intel cpu 2600k
Asus maximus 4 extreme mobo
G skill sniper 4gb ddr3 1866 ram x4
Windows 7 64 bit
Rosewill lightning 1000w psu
Dual monitor setup w/ 2x viewsonic 24' led monitors

Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)
