The parts need to beable to play games on high/ultra for years to come. I also need it to do video and photo editing. I don't need a OS, keyboard, mouse, moniter and case.

Are you ever going to get into Overclocking? Need to know so some things to change so price isn't so high, anyways gave you 16gb of ram with the option to go 32 gb later on because of your editing. One of the best single GPU on the market right now and a Good PSU so it can handle SLI if you wanted to run 2 cards. Also the PSU is full modular which means easier cable management. This could be changed for a cheaper one if your not showing off the inside, also we could change the cpu cooler to a closed water loop if your into OCing

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler...

Dual R9s? Get a single GTX 780 instead and then add one later on. It exceeds Titan level performance for far less money. Do something like this:

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U9B SE2 37.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($52.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($134.99 @ Newegg)

Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($88.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ Amazon)

I do agree with you on the dual R9s but they would be faster than just the 780. I was just giving him both options of what would fit into his budget right now
