Only 16MB Dedicated Video Memory?

I recently purchased a Sapphire Radeon HD6670 with 1GB of DDR5, but diagnostic checks show I only have 16MB of Dedicated Video Memory. This is a problem, as this is less than the on-board Graphics Card of my Dell Optiplex 755. And yes, I do have it set to use the Radeon not the on-board so no problem with that.

Since I am a gamer I rely on CanYouRunIt's System Requirements Lab to test my computer's system requirements, hence the name.

The card performs fine on it's own.

The drivers are a separate problem I'm having, I receive a BSoD when trying to install off of the disk, during the Catalyst Install Manager.

The on-board card is disabled, and also had more Dedicated Video Memory. The reason I upgraded though was because my on-board card lacks a Pixel Shader model above 1.0 and is devoid of any Vertex Shader model.

I am unable to install Catalyst Drivers as the installer provides me a Blue Screen when attempting to do so.
Sorry for posting this twice, thought it more effective to quote you in case it sends a notification

Attempting to do so, I was able to download a file labeled as Latest Beta Driver on the website. I downloaded this and it seemed like it was going to work until I got to the point where it opened the Catalyst Install Manager program.
