Cpu Or Core?

Just put a Fx 8350 with a cooler master t4 cooler

My idle Cpu temp from pc probe is about 40+ degrees c
Whereas my Core idle temps on AMD Overdrive are 25-35 degrees c
Which should I use to judge the Temp

Specs
AMD FX 8350
MSI Gt6 760 Twin frozr
Asus M5A78L Mobo
Sharkoon t9 case with 3 stock case fans.
20 degrees c average room temp

It's not running hot at all. The temperature under your AMD FX-8350 heading is the temperature of the core (max 62C, yours is fine) and I believe TMPIN0 at the top correlates to the temperature of your socket (max 70C, so you're fine). Similar to my temps with an FX 8320 @ 4.4, and your 8350 is @ 4.2. So it's fine. :)
