What's a good video editing program to make slideshows / top list of videos ?

I want to make a slideshow of videos .
I will be making a list of different videos with headers/titles for each clip .
What would be a good program to use?

Free or not.

I use Sony Vegas, but for slideshows I recommend Pinnacle Studio 15. It's good for simple slideshows although if you want to make things a little more advanced also has some pretty cool features.
