I bought MSI Z77MA-G45 motherboard and a Rosewill RG630-S12 power supply, case, memory,& CPU. I cannot find a 4 pin connector

I assume you mean the 4-pin ATX 12v CPU power connector from PSU, you have to look well on your PSU wires, there it should be a 4-pin or 4+4pin CPU EPS connector on your PSU wires, HINT (2 yellow wires and 2 black wires).

Thank you very much - I found two (2) 4-pin connectors with the colors you mentioned. they are marked 4+ and 4p, the 4p fits the connection point on the motherboard. i wish it said 12V, but i will assume that is 12V.
