Well Zotac is a gpu brand, so I'm assuming that there is a Zotac gpu in there.
If the case is from a prebult computer, then there's no way we can find the exact model of the case. Prebuilt manufacturers tend to use their own case that's not found on the market.

I built this computer at my school just using spare parts laying around and yes there is a Zotac gpu inside.
