Then you are going to need a much more powerful card than that. Even the HD 7750 will be marginal. What is the make/model of your PSU? That will determine the max size card you can run.

On the side of your PSU there should be a nameplate. If it doesn't have a make/model, then tell us the +12V rating in amps(A).

At 1080p, that Asus HD 7750 will be marginal. But it will allow you to game at reduced settings. What processor do you have?

That is a 3GHZ quad core. Not bad for going with something a bit more powerful than the HD 7750. But that will depend on whether or not your PSU can handle more. Btw, that CPU is a Zosma that is basically a Thuban 6 core with 2 disabled cores. Some of the Zosmas can be unlocked to a 6 core Thuban. Have you tried that?

I missed one of your questions. Yes, get GDDR5. GDDR3 is older and much slower VRAM.

No, the website won't unlock the quad to a hexacore. You have to do that yourself in the BIOS. If you are unfamiliar with working in the BIOS, it may be best to forget about that possibility. And not all of them unlock.

No, there isn't any better card that isn't more expensive. That is how cards are priced; by their power and speed. I cannot recommend any more powerful a card than the HD 7750 unless I know the make/model of your PSU. Or at least the +12V rail's rating. If you can't see the nameplate on the PSU, it must be a top mount PSU and facing the wrong way.
