Which systems better?

Solution
The first one is better, however, I would suggest not getting either of these PC's, for $1000, you can do a lot better than this. My build cost me $1000, and I have a 770 and and i5 3570k, I suggest going fully custom and getting a really nice PC as opposed to these prebuilt PC's. There are many guides on PC builds for $1000 out there, feel free to look and ask around to get advice.

The Horizon Desktop would be the better system if the 2 GPU's could be SLI'd, but they cant. So I would go with the Mwave PC. the 270x is a newer and better card then the 650 anyway. It will do you just fine. :)
