Like the titel says. I am simply clueless! Will also be using a 4770k intel cpu slightly overclocked if that matters much.

Here are a few recommendations.
*They vary in PRICE as well as being being semi or fully modular, as well as Wattage:

I don't have time to read any professional reviews, but you should. Thus,

1) Decide on budget (all about $150 to $200)
2) ensure 4x6/8-pin PCIe
3) modular, semi-modular or non-modular
4) Wattage? (all should be fine)
5) Read reviews

Solution
update: my advice is the 1000W Silverstone (2nd last link above). It's fully modular and costs about $166. Here's a review conclusion: http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/3578/silverstone_strider_plus_st1000_p_1000w_modular_power_supply/index5.html

It supports up to SIX, 6/8-pin connectors. Here's a quote from the above link:

"As I stated at the beginning of this article, SilverStone is well known for their quality power supplies. Their ST1000-P is no exception and performs better than any other PSU I've tested to date."
