I have decided that this is the best card version in my price range. The card that I really wanted was the Toxic but I cannot fit it in my case. Then I though I wanted the powercolor Devil but I really don't know much about this brand.

Simple put what is the best r9 270x that is in-stock at newegg that is the fastest, quietest, and best rma service. I do not know much about radeon brands all I know is I am not a fan of XFX from back when they made the GTX 260 cards.More or less I usually only buy EVGA cards but they do not make these.

I can fit up to a 11-12 inch card the toxic is sadly 12.5 makes me want to cry.

Please go into detail on why is it a good brand. Also do you have any first hand experience with there customer support/ RMA service?

Ok, I think it's a good brand because I have the Gigabyte 770. And my experience with this card has been awesome. The card is easy to overclock, stays cool, and is very quiet. I don't have any experience with the customer service however because I have never had the need to, I have had no problems with the card itself, I got what I asked for. The Windforce cooler is one of the best on the market, not as good as Twin Frozr, but still awesome. Keeps the card cool and stays quiet.

Thanks for your input. I would still like to see other peoples opinions though. Personally I am not a fan of overclocking myself anymore that's why I wanted to go with the Devil or Toxic because they are pretty much maxed out for clocks. Sadly, I have absurdly no experience with any power-color products.

For the most part, if you aren't planning on overclocking, it really doesn't matter what brand you get. Anything other than the reference/stock design will do fine. And I would purchase soon because R9 series cards are going up in price.

None of the r9 270x are reference are they?

This is the card I really want has the highest stock clocks and will fit in my case. I sadly no nothing on the brand.
Also to my knowledge the 270x's are not going to go up in price only 280+ have and will.

EVGA is sadly not an option because at this moment I think the 270x is the best for my budget.

From the reviews the brand is fine, most complaints are just about it's size, and those are hardly complains. I would go with this card if I were you, best performance out of the box.

The more and more I look at the benchmarks the more and more I want the GTX 770 lol. Sadly this is a large jump in price. Also I really don't plan to play games like BF4, I stick with Deus Ex and games like that when I do play. And Bioshock Infinite.

Yeah, 770 is a little overkill unless you are playing stuff like BF4 or Crysis and Metro Last Light. I would stick with the 270x or 760.

In another build I bought a gtx 760 EVGA the week it came out. Maybe it was drivers at the time but it was a horrible pile of $300 crap. Returned it. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I see the drivers are great now but I refused to use the 760's again.

Well then that leaves you with that 270x then.

I haven't bought a Radeon card since the 4870, yeah lol. I have been spoiled by EVGA's 1 week RMA service. I am scared to try out new brands. I think that is whats holding me back.

I might, Last thing @ the current price point of 760's people are more or less calling me stupid for thinking about buying a 270x. Lol I just don't want to make a mistake. I guess there is the option to hold on to the money I have and use the built in graphics on my new 4570 to game "lol" untill I can afford a 770. But in most games I feel like I will not see a difference.

Lets put it this way, 770 is better for the future, so getting it later is smart, 270x, is good for now, and a but of the future. So do you want it now? Or later? Because they will last you the same amount of time. 770 is better though.

Built this pc for my office. Wanted it be small and look decently professional. Sadly this will be the first time I have bought a lower end gpu. My last cards were these GTX 460 2WIN-560 2WIN-GTX 580 MARS (freaking beast) gtx 690-GTX Titan (mistake).

I just feel like I am buying a lower end card. I understand I really don't game though lol.

There you go then, the 270x can handle pretty much anything you throw at it, and it's cheap, so when you do want to game you can, and if you don't game at all, you won't feel stupid cause it only cost you $200
