You should get an aftermarket cooler (I would highly recommend the hyper 212 evo.)

You should also get a 2-3TB Seagate barracuda.

No $200-$300 GPU can run games smoothly at 4k. If you do insist on 4k get a 4GB 760 and buy a 2nd for sli later and it will do it decently.

For sli 760s you should get a 750 watt psu.

Also your missing a disk drive.
