Is wiping my harddrive necessary?

I'm getting a new mobo, RAM, CPU, and GPU, for my computer. I'm keeping my case and powersupply the same. My question is, do I need to wipe my harddrive before I do all this? I know I need new drivers but, I've got 930 GB of my TB filled, and I have really bad download speeds. Is it possible to download all the drivers I need before I put the new stuff in so it boots it all with no problems or am I going to have to wipe everything and download the new drivers?

In that case, don't wipe it, just boot off of it and install the drivers.

So no matter what I'm going to have to wipe my HDD? Or can I boot into it and download the drivers without having to wipe?

You would be able to boot into it without wiping it, but unless you have a lot of video/pictures I don't see why you wouldn't just wipe it.

Well over 800 GB in games. Like I mentioned my internet is very very slow. About 500kbps download max, and that amount of games would take me a very very long time to redownload.
