Rebuilding my PC

Due to some mechanical issues I've had in the past and my frustration with all of it, I've decided to rebuild my computer to some degree.

I'm going with:

Case
Video card
2x 120mm fans (haven't found them yet).

I already have
Motherboard
Processor
- I would prefer not to upgrade these if I can avoid it, they seem to be doing well enough, and as far as I can tell an ATX motherboard is compatible with the case. Please! correct me if I'm wrong.

For the HDDs/SSD I have
- one black
- one red [mistake when I bought it, I use it as a backup drive]
- one kingston SSD

and a 750W Corsair PSU

I use this primarily for gaming and also for streaming [twitch.tv].
I plan to run two monitors (1920*1080, likely both dvi unless I can find a high quality monitor for cheap [I already have 1 monitor])

So to recap:
Am I going to be okay with this rebuild?
Will my video card fit without removing the HDD cage? (It says '12.6" max but that doesn't tell me if it's before or after altering the front hdd cages/fans.)
Any good 120mm fans to mount on the side of the case?
Will the mobo fit properly?
Should I stick with this video card, and buy the 3 year warranty? It's by far the best card I can afford (it's actually out of my price range) and I've been told in 2-3 years I can just multi-sli it (with this case, yea?) to further the life even more.
Is there any way I can overclock my processor with this new case and all the fans to better handle streaming? I'm currently at the regular clock which is 4 cores at 3.4 ghz.

Solution
Every thing will be compatible and you will be able to get great performance with two monitors with the 780. Processor and mobo are good and so is the case, everything checks out!

Could you offer some advice on that? In the new case will I need any extra cooling over the 200mm fan, 2 120mms and the two prebuilt 140s? Assuming I have enough cooling, what's it safe to OC to? I don't believe this mobo has the ability to OC without going thru the bios.

The 3570k is very stable at 4.2, anything less is fine, anything more is ok, but it will get pretty hot. And I had to use BIOS to OC mine as well.

From 3.4 to 4.2? Will I need to increase the voltage?
I will wait to try it until I get the new case in to make sure I have enough cooling. My current case leaves much to be desired.
