Basically, today I was messing with my computer and I decided I should try to clean it out and remove and dust, hair ect. inside. The only components removed were the graphics card and the fan used to cool it.
I put it all back together and made absolutely sure that everything was where it was supposed to be and it was tightly put together. I turned the computer back on and I check the device manager and graphics card is not listed. Instead it switched to "Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000". The graphics card I'm trying to get to work is a AMD Radeon HD 6870M The specs of the laptop are ;
Model: Alienware M17x R3
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz
RAM: 8.00GB
64 bit operating system
Any help on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!
