Advice on a new monitor

1. What Is Your Country Of Origin?
USA
2. What do you plan to do with this monitor? (ex. Games, Movie Watching, Photo Editing, etc.)
Gaming
3. What resolution and screen size do you want?
1920*1080, 22" +
4. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.)
60+ [not really sure]
5. How much are you looking to spend?
~$200 pref.
6. Brands Preferred (ex. Samsung, Acer, Asus, AOC, HP, Viewsonic, etc. )

I already have one monitor that is 1920*1080 on a dvi connection.
9. How Many Displays Can Your GPU Support Maximum? And what GPU and driver version are you using if applicable?
4, I am planning on using 2. it will be a 780 3gb ftw
10. What Port Do You Want To Connect To (ex. DVI-D, HDMI, etc).
DVI or HDMI or display port
11. Is This Monitor A Primary Display Or A Secondary Display?
It can go either way. If I can find a better monitor than my current it will be primary. otherwise, secondary.
12. Is This A Secondary Display For A Laptop?

That second one has a 23" that's entirely in my price range. I think I'll look into that, thanks.
